Who Can Apply?
Atomic Grants welcome applications from individuals identifying as women aged 21 and above, regardless of their global location. All you need is digital access to receive funds and a connection through email and social media.
How Do I Apply?
Submit your application during the designated application window. The current window ends on December 15th, 2023. While we may request a brief phone call to address any queries, note that there is no formal interview process.
Atomic® Grants are intended for individuals committed to driving positive change, both for themselves and others. Please refrain from applying if you view this as mere funding for your business or if you are in urgent financial need.
Ensure your application is comprehensive. We will not review applications containing non-functional links, inaccessible Google folders, incorrect social media handles, or email addresses that resemble spam. Avoid copying and pasting content from another application, as we can discern such instances.

Do I Have To Be A Member Of Passion Collective To Apply?
Yes, you need to sign up to join Passion Collective (i.e. be signed up to our mailing list) at the time of submitting your application. Link to sign up: https://www.passioncollective.co/sign-up.
How Are Award Recipients Selected?
The Passion Collective team will create a shortlist, then we will ask our Passion Collective community to vote for the winner. These votes are taken into consideration as we select the recipient, they are not the only factor.
What Is The Deadline To Apply?
Grants run each quarter, with a new form each time. The remaining 2023 deadlines are 5 pm CST on this date: December 15, 2023
If I Win, When Will I Receive The Award?
Once the recipient agreement is signed, we will send the award to you.
Are There Any Responsibilities I Have To Fulfill If I Win?
We aim to streamline this process for you, but there are certain expectations regarding our partnership. We would like to showcase your grant-winning journey and the impact it has on your endeavors. These narratives will likely be featured in extensive content on our website, akin to our Passion Stories, and shared on our social media platforms. If you are uncomfortable sharing your story, this grant may not be the right fit for you. Nonetheless, we hope you view it as a valuable opportunity to amplify the positive change you are creating and to promote your efforts within your networks.
We request that you exclusively allocate the grant to your own business or interests, not directing it towards another individual or organization. It is essential that you possess the capability to execute the work funded by the grant, implement financial controls, and adhere to generally accepted accounting procedures when necessary. You are responsible for handling any taxes associated with the grant and are accountable for the outcomes of how the grant funds are utilized.
Do I Have To Pay The Grant Back?
No, as this is a grant, the decision on how to invest it lies with you. Consequently, you assume responsibility for any tax payments and the outcomes resulting from that investment.
What Does The Mentorship Entail?
Each award recipient will receive three one-hour coaching sessions from Keystone Group International, which can be conducted either in person or remotely through video conference or phone. You will collaborate with your designated contact to determine the most suitable meeting format. Please ensure that these sessions are utilized within three months of receiving the award.
