Our team of compassionate and professional licensed therapists provide therapy to individuals and families with both in-person and virtual options. We are open Monday through Thursday with convenient appointment times to support the needs of our community. We accept many of the major insurance companies as well as self-pay for those who don't have or wish to use their insurance. Our team of licensed therapists are trained in many therapy modalities including CBT, ACT, Play Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, and many others. Our goal is to be able to assist you to work on and move forward through your life journey.
