Space Holistic Services

Founded by sisters Steli and Melissa Reid, Space Holistic Services is a wellness and creative studio located off of Pleasure House Road in Virginia Beach, VA. We offer space for local wellness providers and creatives use for 1:1 services, pop-ups, classes, and events, offering a welcoming environment for everyone. We also have a bookable Infrared Sauna with light therapy available for booking. 

Our mission is to foster holistic healing, creativity, and connection through a variety of offerings designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

In addition to wellness services, we serve as a platform for local artists to showcase and sell their work or retail, fostering a unique blend of art and healing. 100% of the purchase goes back to the artist! 

With a rotating schedule of diverse wellness events and activities each month—whether it’s yoga, sound healing, or specialized workshops—there's always something new to explore.
